A sunlit forest where the beams of light pierce through the layers of leaves, creating sharp contrasts of light and shade. The light catches the dewdrops on the leaves, making them sparkle like diamonds. The forest floor is a mixture of bright patches and cool shadows. --q 2 --v 5

The light in the bathroom is dim, emitting a warm glow that creates a soft atmosphere around the woman's calm face. She sits comfortably by the edge of the bathtub, lost in thought. Steam rises from the hot water in the tub, and the tiles shine due to the moisture.

"I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling sad. Let's try to lift your spirits a little!

Imagine that you are sitting on the beach right now. The waves are softly crashing, and the warm sand gently tickles your feet. Around you, you can hear the voices of joyful children building sandcastles. You close your eyes and feel the gentle breeze ruffling your hair.

Now imagine a little puppy with big ears and adorable paws coming up to you. He's so happy to see you that he can't help but joyfully spin around you, jumping and wagging his tail. His tail wags so fast that he almost takes off!

Maybe this won't take away all the sadness, but I hope it brings a little warmth and a smile to your face. If you want, we can talk more or come up with something else to help you feel better!"
"The white horse is in the room, blending with nature, and outside the window, there are forests, waterfalls, and streams."
I talk about essence, energy, and spirit.

People know that essence, energy, and spirit refer to the human body. In fact, after my practice to this day, I have truly come to understand that essence, energy, and spirit are everywhere. From the vast universe to the smallest cells, essence, energy, and spirit are omnipresent. Spirit represents the Way, energy represents the tangible aspect of the Way, while essence represents the extraordinary Way. The universe is composed of essence, energy, and spirit; the Way is spirit, energy is a form of energy body, and energy is formless energy. In terms of consciousness, energy is the soul without a physical body. The soul is also referred to as spirit, soul, heart, and spirit (for convenience). Essence can be described as the material body that is tangible and has form.

The great universe is spirit and the Way. The human body is essence. The realm between the Way and essence is the spiritual world. The human body is also composed of essence, energy, and spirit. Recently, it has been discovered that the five internal organs also possess essence, energy, and spirit. The heart has its own spirit, and this spirit is an independent deity. The deity also has energy and possesses a body. This essence, energy, and spirit determine the life, aging, illness, and death of the heart, while the liver also has its own spirit. The spleen, stomach, kidneys, gallbladder, nerves, blood, bone marrow, etc., all have their own set of essence, energy, and spirit. This includes cells, bacteria, and cancer cells, all of which are beings with essence, energy, and spirit. We can see cancer cells and viruses, and we can communicate and have dialogues with them. In fact, cancer cells are wrapped in humanity's hatred and complaining consciousness. Normal cells transform into cancer cells. When we are adjusting cancer cells, they are not just the debtors who have been killed over many lifetimes; they are sentient beings consumed in this life and the consciousness of those who harbor resentment and hatred, surrounding normal cells and causing them to mutate.

Ten years ago, when treating cancer, the cancer cells I observed were filled with hatred, holding knives in their hands, ready to kill humans. This was because ten years ago, it was promoted that cancer cells could only be dealt with by cutting them out or killing them for the person to recover. Now, the cancer cells seen today do not possess as much hatred; they can live normally, without fear or evasion, living confidently alongside normal cells. Why? Because today's society promotes coexistence with cancer. Today, there are too many patients, and the country has classified cancer as a chronic disease. The change in human consciousness has allowed today's cancer cells to also relinquish their urges to kill and let go of hatred.

The ailments of a person arise from countless causes and conditions. The Buddha is a deity and a Way; however, an individual's causes and conditions span countless lifetimes and are immeasurable. Sometimes, they do not manifest, and even the Buddha cannot purify the causes of diseases. The true resolution of the causes of illness lies in the patient's single thought returning to the Way; once they enter the primordial, all postnatal causes and conditions dissolve. It's like a person falling into the sea; am I to filter the sea water to save them, or let them rise above the water, ascending to the heavens? Sometimes, I truly do not know how to express it more clearly.
